Canvas

Canvas is a visual workspace for turning source material into repeatable creative workflows. Each node has one job, connections carry information between nodes, and the run inspector shows what happened when you ran the workflow. Use Canvas when you want to keep the source, transformation, and result together instead of repeating the same sequence across separate tools or chat threads.

The mental model

• Add a node for each source or action.
• Connect an output port to the next node’s compatible input port.
• Run the final action node or the whole workflow.
• Inspect the latest run and open the resulting resource.

The first guide uses a Text node and a Markdown Export node. It costs no generation credits and gives you a small, inspectable result before you build a larger creative workflow.

Before you start

You need an Open Canva account and access to a workspace where you can create a Canvas. The tutorial uses fabricated pitch notes, so you can follow it without uploading client or production data.
