Style presets in the assistant — The plan tool now includes a visual style picker that lets you browse and apply style presets (like Ideogram’s cinematic, anime, and design styles) directly from the chat interface. Each preset shows a preview image so you can see what to expect before generating.Entitlement-aware generation — The assistant and generation interface now check your plan’s entitlements in real time. If a model or feature requires a higher tier, you’ll see a clear upgrade prompt instead of a confusing error after generation starts. Video models are automatically filtered for users without video generation access.

Updates

Streamlined chat tools — The assistant’s toolbar has been simplified to show only the Plan tool, reducing clutter and making it easier to start a generation plan. Tool labels display fully on hover so nothing gets cut off, and the Plan button disables while the assistant is processing to prevent duplicate requests.Video support in plans — The plan tool now fully supports video generation. When you apply a video plan, the generation bar automatically switches to video mode with the correct model, aspect ratio, and settings. Video-specific settings are filtered to only show options your selected model supports. Learn more in the video generation guide.Consistent credit estimates — Credit estimates now match everywhere you see them — plan cards, the generation interface, and billing pages all use the same calculation. Previously, plan cards could show a different cost than the generation bar for the same configuration. See credits for how costs are calculated.Smoother chat scrolling — The chat now auto-follows new messages as they stream in. A scroll-to-bottom button appears when you scroll up, and the view stops at the last assistant message instead of jumping past it when streaming ends.

Bug fixes

  • Plan card display — Completed plan cards are now read-only with a clear “Apply” action instead of showing edit controls that didn’t work after the plan was generated.
  • Model names in plans — Plan cards now show friendly model names (e.g., “FLUX 2 Max”) instead of raw internal identifiers.
  • Sidebar stability — The sidebar no longer collapses unexpectedly when navigating between sessions.
  • Batch deletion — Deleting a batch of images now correctly clears all related data, fixing a case where thumbnails could linger after deletion.
