> Find help with Open Canva through in-app support, documentation links, keyboard shortcuts, and direct contact options for your account.

## Getting help

Open Canva provides several ways to get help and find information while you work.

## In-app help

### Help & Support in Settings

Access **Help & Support** from the Settings menu to find:

* Links to this documentation
* Contact support options
* Account and billing help

### Keyboard shortcuts

Press **Cmd/Ctrl + /** to view available keyboard shortcuts. You can also find the shortcuts reference in the Settings menu.

## Contacting support

### Contact form

Use the **Contact Us** option in Settings to send a message to the support team. The form automatically includes helpful context (your browser, current page, and account info) to speed up resolution.
