  ## New features

  **Model sets** — You can now save groups of models as reusable sets. Create a set with your go-to models and switch between them in one click, instead of selecting each model individually for every session. See [multi-model generation](/image-generation/multi-model) for details.

  **Image editing tools** — A new toolbar appears when you hover over generated images, giving you quick access to crop and split-grid actions directly in your session. No need to download and re-upload — edit your images right where you created them.

  **In-app notifications** — A new notification system delivers product announcements and updates directly inside the app. You'll see a badge in the sidebar when something new is available, so you never miss an important update.

  ## Updates

  **More accurate credit tracking** — Credits are now tracked through a ledger-based system that records every transaction with a running balance. This gives you a more precise and transparent view of how your credits are spent. Check the [credits page](/billing/credits) for details.

  **Faster image generation** — Open Canva now routes generation requests across multiple providers automatically, picking the fastest available path for each model. You don't need to change anything — generations simply complete sooner.

  **Realtime session sync** — Session updates now use authenticated realtime connections, so changes sync more reliably across tabs and devices.
