## Starter plan

The Starter plan is free and gives you 50 credits to explore Open Canva. It includes:

* Basic image and video generation
* 20 concurrent generation jobs
* 500 MB storage for uploads and references
* Email support

## Pro plan

The Pro plan is designed for regular creators who need more capacity:

## Max plan

The Max plan is built for power users and teams producing high volumes:

* 12,450 credits per month (\$249/month)
* Up to 22K upscale resolution
* Unlimited storage
* 20 concurrent generation jobs
* Extended video duration (up to 10 seconds)
* Priority support

## Enterprise plan

For organizations with large-scale needs:

* 39,950 credits per month (\$799/month)
* All Max features plus:
  * 20 concurrent generation jobs
  * Unlimited video duration
  * Dedicated support
  * Custom usage agreements

## Changing plans

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the billing page in your account settings. When upgrading, the new credit allocation takes effect immediately. When downgrading, the change applies at the start of your next billing cycle.

## Promotion codes

Open Canva supports promotion codes at checkout. Enter your code during the subscription flow to apply discounts.
